What is WebCATI?
WebCATI allows for Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) through the Internet and/or an Intranet. WebCATI includes the full functionality of CfMC's CATI package, Survent, including flexible quotas, exceptional sample management, complex logic conditions, and suspending/resuming interviews.
With its browser- based interviewing interface, interviewing agents can participate in a centrally managed research study wherever they may be – as long as they have an internet connection. Specialist interviewers can conduct interviews remotely from home or while on business trips.
With WebCATI research firms can also significantly enhance the scope of their operations by tapping into non-local resources. For instance, an international research study can be initiated and centrally-managed in New York and the data collected from geographic specialists in Quebec, South Africa, Salt Lake City, and Beijing. Meanwhile, the research manager in New York maintains and manages the sample while managing real-time quota reports.
